Billing you control

Monthly plans renew automatically by default. You can turn auto-renew off in Billing Settings at any time and pay manually instead.
No surprise charges
Your trial never converts on its own. We only bill you after you choose a plan and add a payment method.
Annual refund policy
Annual plans are billed upfront. Cancel within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, you receive a prorated refund for unused months.

How is RES different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a powerful general AI assistant. RES is purpose-built for real estate professionals — with workflows, research organization, and verification features designed around real estate transactions.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day free trial requires no card, there is no billing during the trial, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan.
What happens after 30 days?
Your trial expires and RES access pauses — you are never charged automatically. Your account, workspaces, and research are kept intact; add a plan whenever you're ready and everything is right where you left it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — once you're on a paid plan. A paid subscription renews according to your subscription settings, and monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period with no cancellation fees. During the free trial there's nothing to cancel, since no card is on file and nothing renews.
Can I install RES on my computer or mobile device?
Yes. RES is a hosted web platform that can be installed as an app on your computer or mobile device — there is no separate software download or installer required, and installing it does not transfer any software file to you. Install it from Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Brave on Windows, Mac, and Android, or add it to your Home Screen from Safari on iPhone/iPad. Once installed, RES opens in its own application window, creates a desktop shortcut or home screen icon with official RES branding, and updates automatically. Firefox can run RES in the browser but does not support installing PWAs. Visit the Install RES page at /install for step-by-step instructions.
What exactly am I paying for?
Ongoing subscription access to RES — Workspaces, Talk to RES, the Verified Research Engine™, Knowledge Modules, consultation support tools, the RES Provider Network, and ongoing platform updates. You are not purchasing a downloadable product, a file, or ownership of the software; access continues for as long as your subscription is active.
How does RES Brokerage Edition pricing work?
RES Brokerage Edition is $399/month per brokerage for early RES brokerages, locked in for as long as you stay subscribed; the standard price is $499/month. Annual billing and invoicing are available. Brokerage accounts are set up with us directly rather than through self-service checkout — choose “Talk to us about your brokerage” and we'll set your team up personally.
